Maciej Adamkiewicz is a certified surgeon. He is a member of the International Urogynecological Association and the Polish Meno and Andropause Association. He has given speeches at international medical conferences (including the International Urogynecological Conference in Melbourne) and his papers were published in Polish and international medical journals, including the International Uroginecology Journal. He has been at the head of Adamed's board of management since 2000, focusing the company's efforts on developing innovative pharmaceuticals. Maciej Adamkiewicz was awarded the Cross of Merit by the President of Poland.

Małgorzata Adamkiewicz is a doctor of medicine who earned degrees from the Medical Academy in Warsaw and the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Educations. She holds first and second degree specializations in internal medicine and endocrinology. She started her professional career at the Endocrinology Clinic of the Postgraduate Education Medical Centre in Warsaw. She has been working at Adamed since the company's founding (1986). As the company's Medical Director, her responsibilities included establishing a new R&D department and starting research of new drugs. Since 2006, she continues to be Adamed's Managing Director and Vice-chairman of the Board of Management. In 2010, she successfully supervised the acquisition of Pabianice Pharmaceutical Works Polfa S.A and Agropharm (renamed to Adamed Consumer Healthcare) which led to the creation of Adamed Group consisting of: Adamed Sp. z o.o., Adamed Consumer Healthcare S.A. and Pabianice Pharmaceutical Works Polfa S.A. Małgorzata Adamkiewicz is a member of the International Society of Endocrinology. She presented her medical achievements at conferences in Poland and abroad. Vice-chairman of the Board of Management of the Polish Business Council , Member of Business Centre Club, the Business Chapter at the Jagiellonian University and the Advisory Council of the Warsaw University of Technology for 2016–2020. She was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit by the President of Poland.

For the last 16 years he has been working in investment banking, acting as a consultant in the areas of corporate capital acquisition, listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked for the CDM Pekao S.A. Brokerage House and, following the buyout of the German HVB bank by the UniCredit Group, he took the position of Managing Director of Investment Banking at UniCredit CAIB Poland S.A. He has worked for the shareholders and management of leading companies, including: Netia, Globe Trade Centre, TVN, Cyfrowy Polsat, Dom Development, Mercor, Ferro, Tracktec, Adamed. He has acted as an advisor in privatization processes of Pekao Banko, The Warsaw Stock Exchange, Tauron Polska Energia and Polska Grupa Energetyczna among others.

Michał Wieczorek is a sales and marketing specialist who earned an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in Holland and the Higher Business School – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz. Michał Wieczorek has over fourteen years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. He began his professional career by working for Eli Lilly and went on to become the Product & Sales Manager at Solvay Pharma Polska. He later acted as the Marketing Director and Open Medicine Department Director at LEK-AM Sp. z o.o. Since 2012 he has held the position of Sales and Marketing Director of Rx Polska – a company forming part of Adamed Group.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Throughout his career he has worked for companies such as the Coca-Cola Company (Hungary, Poland, Australia), Seagram (Czech Republic, Poland) and Ipsos (Central Europe and Africa). Prior to joining Adamed, in the years 2008–2012, he was the CFO of Teva Polska Group, and from 2013 he became responsible for financial matters at Teva in Central and Eastern Europe. He has experience in management at regional and local levels, as well as in restructuring and business development gained in the pharmaceutical sector, FMCG, B2B, and consulting.
Bartłomiej Rodawski Ph.D.

Graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics. In 2002 he received his PhD in economics. His dissertation concerned the strategic management of supply chains. An experienced manager who has been working in the pharmaceuticals industry since 2003. Throughout the course of his career he has managed analytical, training and implementation processes for the following companies: Bayer, Baxter, Biofarm, GSK, Jelfa, Polpharma and wholesalers PGF, Neuca, Farmacol. He has been working at Adamed Group since 2009. During his time at the company he has implemented an operational indicators system, a S&OP process and a process of cooperating with key suppliers based around the VMI concept - a first in the Polish pharmaceuticals industry. He has acquired professional experience in other sectors as well, working on analyses and leading improvement projects for DB Schenker, CAT and Raiffeisen Bank. He was awarded the British government scholarship at the Bradford University and studied Project Planning and Analysis.

He has over 15 years experience in human resources management, gained in Polish and international organizations, where his responsibilities included Poland, Eastern European markets as well as the Baltic countries. His career in HR started in the Paints and Varnishes Plant ŚNIEŻKA SA, where with the then management he floated the company on the stock exchange in 2003. In 2005–2011 in his capacity as Human Resources Director, he was responsible for managing the process of change and relations with the social partner in the international pharmaceutical company – Fresenius Kabi – leader in the field of infusion therapy and clinical nutrition. Following that, he worked at the L’Oreal Group as Human Resources Director until 2013. Since early 2014 he has worked as a director responsible for the sector of Human Resources Management at the Adamed Group. For several years now he has successfully created and implemented system solutions for the management of competencies, employees potential, and has served as a mentor in the field of human resources management as well as advised the board on the design of the organization’s strategy. Since January 2017 he has been a member of the Board of Adamed Sp. o.o. and Polfa Pabianice.
