As part of the Adamed University curriculum, we implement the ‘Insights Discovery’ training, thanks to which participants will have greater awareness of the relations between their team members, will enhance their personal effectiveness and the effectiveness of their teams.

 

We also implement a coaching culture. As a result, managers will effectively discover the potential of their co-workers, as well as adapt the coaching tools to the Blanchard Situational Leadership Model.
