CAREER AND DEVELOPMENT


Our company implements a human capital policy which states that the process of education and staff development is an important investment that contributes to achieving corporate and individual goals.

Annual training schemes result from analyses of training needs; they are based on a business strategy and periodic assessments of the competences of our managers and employees. Our goal is constant development of our employees through internal and external training courses, both individual and team-oriented.


We attach particular importance to the process of orientation of new employees. Each new employee undergoes an orientation training programme within the first month of work which allows them to quickly and effectively fulfil tasks in the workplace, while giving them a more comfortable start in a new environment. In addition, we conduct regular training programmes for sales department employees, making sure that our consultants, pharmaceutical industry representatives and key account managers receive strong support in the areas of labour standards and medical knowledge.

 

 

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

 

In June 2015, together with Leon Koźmiński Academy, we founded a Postgraduate Studies Programme meant for our Employees. The thematic scope of the courses was tailored to suit their needs. It is the first such programme prepared by our organization and involves 11 committed students who possess expert knowledge concerning the pharmaceuticals sector and their individual fields of expertise.
