Participants who are short-listed for further stages of the recruitment process are invited to carry out a case study developed by our internship programme supervisors. This is a very important stage of the recruitment process – those candidates who succeed in carrying out the case study shall be invited to subsequent steps in the recruitment process.

The candidates who pass the case study phase shall be invited to an interview with the internship programme supervisor and an HR representative. The interview is aimed at finding out more about the candidate, about their salary expectations and career plans, as well as their skills, competences and work experience. It is an opportunity to ‘boast about’ their achievements, share their interests and passions. It is also an opportunity for discussing the case study prepared by the candidate. During the interview, participants receive the information about the planned internship programme and our company – so that both sides have complete data in order to make the decision about starting the cooperation within the framework of the internship programme. Each participant invited to the interview shall receive feedback from us. Individuls accepted for an internship programme at Adamed Group shall receive the necessary information before it starts.
